LOCATION: Piriangimpi, N.T. DATE: 21-Aug-2007 the boil alert issued for Garden Point was lifted on 16/07/2007. The Department of Health and Community Services has advised the drinking water is now safe and the plant is now fully operational. 
LOCATION: East Arm, N.T. DATE: 20-Aug-2007 high levels of Naegleria fowleri have been found in the East Arm sampling area.Though drinking water is not a usual source of contact, water should be avoided travelling up the nose as this can cause the onset of a very rare disease called Primary Amoebicv Meningoencephalitis to occur
